Meet Dr. Patrick Pisenti

Chiropractor, DC, ART

Dr. Patrick Pisenti has dedicated his life to understanding the human body and helping people move, feel, and live better. His journey in health and fitness began in 1997, and since then he has worked as a personal trainer, kinesiologist, chiropractor, educator, and soft tissue specialist. For more than two decades, he has continually sought out top mentors, advanced courses, and leading conferences to refine his skills and deepen his knowledge — all with one goal in mind: helping his patients get lasting results.

Dr. Pisenti is a Doctor of Chiropractic, an Active Release Technique (ART) Soft Tissue Specialist and Lead ART Instructor, and a sports injury expert. He integrates traditional chiropractic care with ART and advanced movement-based therapies such as SFMA and DNS. His approach goes far beyond simple alignment. He looks at the full picture — muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, weakness, instability, scar tissue, and movement dysfunction — to uncover and treat the true root cause of pain.

A Root-Cause Approach to Care

Dr. Pisenti believes that every patient is a complex and unique puzzle. While diagnosing symptoms can often be straightforward — such as a disc herniation causing nerve pain — the deeper question is why the injury occurred in the first place.

Through detailed health histories, orthopedic and neurological testing, imaging when necessary, and careful palpation, he identifies underlying dysfunctions that are often overlooked. Muscle imbalances, poor stability, faulty movement patterns, weakness, or improper muscle firing may all contribute to injury. By addressing these foundational issues, Dr. Pisenti helps patients achieve substantial and lasting relief — not just temporary symptom management.

His treatments extend far beyond the spine. Whether the issue involves the neck, shoulder, jaw, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, or foot, Dr. Pisenti evaluates the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves to create a targeted and individualized care plan.

Whole-Body, Whole-Life Care

True healing goes beyond hands-on treatment. Dr. Pisenti incorporates guidance around mobility, corrective exercise, nutrition, stress management, and sleep — all essential pillars of recovery and long-term performance.

He believes that pain is not something you simply have to live with. With the right diagnosis and a strategic plan, the body is remarkably resilient and capable of healing.

Living What He Teaches

Dr. Pisenti is passionate about movement in all its forms. He enjoys cycling, running, rucking, yoga, CrossFit, and snowboarding. His fascination with the body’s resilience fuels his lifelong commitment to learning as research and science continue to evolve.

His mission is rooted in helping people not only live longer, but live better — with strength, function, and vitality.
